  • Click it to open the Live Chat window directly in your browser

What You’ll See in the J&T Live Chat Interface

When the chat opens, you’ll be greeted by J&T’s virtual assistant with a few helpful features:

Tabs

There are three tabs labeled:

To do that, just type this into the chat:

When Are Agents Available?

But it’s totally optional. You don’t have to give feedback, and choosing not to won’t affect your conversation or support in any way.
